The Animal Fair is a campfire song that can be sung as a round.

Lyrics

We went to the animal fair,
The birds and the beasts were there.
The big baboon, by the light of the moon,
Was combing his auburn hair.
The monkey gave a jump,
Right on to the elephant's trunk.
The elephant sneezed and fell on his knees,
And what became of the monkey, monkey, monkey, monkey...

One group continues to sing "monkey, monkey" while the other sings the song. Then change over.
