Ingredients
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 cup cake flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- Milk
Method
- Mix the dry ingredients together well.
- Add the milk, a little at a time, stirring continuously, until the mixture forms a sticky dough.
- Add the mustard.
- Place one tablespoon of mixture in each cup of a patty pan (greased with margarine first).
- Cook in a preheated Dutch oven (with heat from above as well as the bottom) for about 12 minutes.
