This is a well-known song, sung by children at school. It is either a drop-off song or an action song (or both).

Actions: Toes the eight body parts with both hands in line with the words.

Two options:

Sing the song repeatedly, getting quicker each time

Replace the first, then second, etc body part by Hmmm, thus singing the song nine times! Parts can be grouped together to get fewer times.
