The Jungle Book
(Redirected from Jungle Book)
The Jungle Book was written by Rudyard Kipling, a famous author who was friends with Baden-Powell. After Scouting started, there were lots of boys who wanted to be Scouts but they were too young. B-P started a new branch for them and called them Wolf Cubs, using ideas he got from The Jungle Book. Cubs still learn about the lessons in The Jungle Book, such as the jungle characters and Mowgli and his brothers.
