This template creates a link to the current version of Scouts South Africa - Parent Consent Form. Only this template needs to be updated if and when the link changes, removing the need to update many wiki pages.

Usage

The bolded, "Application form - Cords and Thong" is the name of the template and should be inserted literally. The second "label" is optional, and will be the label of the link.
