This template creates a link to the current version of Scouts South Africa - Parent Consent Form. Only this template needs to be updated if and when the link changes, removing the need to update many wiki pages.

Usage

The bolded, "SSA Consent Form" is the name of the template and should be inserted literally. The second "label" is optional, and will be the label of the link.
