I am Beya Isaac Tshibasu know by my scout name Cerf originally from the Democratic republic of Congo where I started my scouting journey in scout group Champagnat and later on joined the scout group François Spinelli where I served as a scouter and joined the rovers. I am currently living in Johannesburg in the Republic of South African and i an assistant troop scouter at 3rd Kensington sea scout and invested rover at Nautilus Rover crew of the same group.
