This course provides the skills and knowledge required by a Rover Scouter or Crew Chairperson to mentor and manage a Crew. The Rover Scouter is the only Warranted position in a Crew, therefore Rover Scouters need the right training. The course includes sessions on how to manage and grow young adults in the Rover environment.
