Event

An event is an assembly (meeting) of Scouts for a particular purpose. This can be a Camp, Expedition, Competition or Activity. ‘Event’ can sometimes be used Interchangeably with ‘Activity’ as an umbrella term to describe scouting events. Events can be planned by a country, Region, District, Troop, Patrol or even individual. Events are important as they are the driving force behind scouting they are how we meet new people and learn new scouting skills.
